The best homemade chicken sausage. Flavor and heat scale are particular to your taste. Going to Doordash a few to my Mom's before I pick her up for Thanksgiving!

Man I hate to do these types of updates but after the 3rd time drying out, I gotta say something.
I'm not sure if the recipe has changed but what was once juicy flavorful sausages that could withstand the grill or even being boiled, are now dried out, crumbly sausages. The flavor is still there but they just get so dry so quickly, regardless of how they are cooked. I even shorten the cooking time and still, dry.

Been going to Holmes Chicken sausages for years the sausages are very good & flavorful the prices are somewhat reasonable I think. I know for a 2.5 lb bag which consists of 6 links is $11 so for a 5lb you get 12 links I think is $20.

Holmes homemade chicken sausages are amazing on the grill. I've made meatloaf with them as well as meat sauce for my spaghetti. They are so flavorful. These sausages are full of flavor there to their scrumptious. There is no need for added seasonings. By far thee best sausages I've ever had.

My family and I have been going to this spot for 10+ years. Holmes has some of the best chicken sausages I have ever had. The place is owned by the Uncle of a friend of mine. He passed away a couple years ago, but the family has kept the shop running.
Since his passing, the shop has received a few upgrades. The flavor is slightly different but still tasty. The sausages are slightly smaller, but they are still worth having. The only gripe I have is the occasional piece of gristle. I hate find gristle in my sausages. Recently, there have been pieces in the sausage.
But, Holmes is still worth trying.
